Step 1) Print, Read, Fill Out, Sign and Fax No Fax Machine? --> CALL US

The MLS requires written signatures on Listing Agreements.

Step 2) Pay Online via Credit Card or PayPal Account
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay online




Step 3) Fill out the Appropriate Online Property Listing Form (within 24 hours)

Step 4) Email Photos of your Property to cos_roppolo@hotmail.com (within 24 hours)


Note: If you do not want your property listed within 24 hours and you want it listed at a later date, then you must fill out a Delayed Listing Form and fax it to us along with your Disclosure and Listing Agreement:
